The Oncology Imaging Systems team has continued to grow and thrive in early 2025. Over the past two months, we've welcomed three talented new team members, each bringing a wealth of experience and valuable expertise to their roles as Support & Logistics Assistant, Account Manager and Sales Manager.
Meet Freddie: Our Support & Logistics Assistant
First to join the company back in January was Freddie Burdett, who takes on the role of Support and Logistics Assistant at Oncology Imaging Systems. As part of his role, Freddie is responsible for updating support cases, assisting and arranging routine services and installations, and managing the internal help desk.
Meet Ben: Our Account Manager
As our new Account Manager, Ben Eccles also joined the Oncology Imaging Systems team in January. In this role, he will establish, develop, and maintain long-term customer relationships. Ben will assess the needs of Oncology Imaging Systems customers, provide assistance and information on product features, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Ben will represent the company at national and international conferences and events as part of his role. He accompanied Oncology Imaging Systems' Founder, Steve Imber, at the recent British Radiosurgery Society Conference (BRSS), where he assisted in the smooth running of our stand showcasing some of our innovative products, including the Encompass Stereotactic radiotherapy system.
Meet Irem: Our Sales Manager
The final addition to the Oncology Imaging Systems team is Irem Ali, who has taken on the role of Sales Manager. In this position, Irem will focus on building and nurturing strong, long-lasting customer relationships while designing and implementing a strategic business plan that enhances the company’s presence within our customer base. Additionally, she will review the effectiveness of the QMS, EMS, and ISMS to ensure continuous improvement.
