Oncology Imaging Systems Ltd (OIS) is committed to protecting your personal information and web-based data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation.  This includes any information you tell us about yourself, as well as anything we learn by having you as a customer.


This statement describes what types of information we collect from you, how it is used by us, how we share it with others, how you can manage the information we hold and how you can contact us.

What information do we collect?


The information collected in our customer database comprises your Full Name, Company/Organisation, Business Telephone Number, Business Email Address, Job Title, Department and industry sector(s).  

 

We do not collect any non-business-related data such as date of birth, home address, personal email or personal mobile number unless explicitly requested/volunteered by you. We do not process sensitive data subject information of prospects or customers.

When browsing our website, we also collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet. We use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page.

 

How do we use this information?

We process your personal information for our legitimate business interests, where the processing enables us to enhance, modify, personalise or otherwise improve our services and/or communications.

 

For example, we have an interest in maintaining a current and accurate database of our customers and prospective customers, whom we want to contact in relation to our business relationship and whom we want to keep up to date on our products and services. This includes products of ours that you may already own and new products as and when they are released.

 

How do we share this information?

We do not sell your information to third parties. However, from time to time we may share limited personal information with select third parties, “approved suppliers”, whom we work closely with in order to deliver our services and/or communications. Examples of this would be an OEM, courier or other service provider such as companies that support our IT or send communications to our customers on our behalf.

 

We take care to ensure that any third parties who handle your information comply with data protection legislation and protect your information just as we do. We only disclose personal information that is necessary for them to provide the service that they are undertaking on our behalf.

 
How long do we keep your information for?

We keep personal data no longer than is necessary and store personal data securely. If you are a customer or otherwise have a relationship with us we will hold personal information about you for a longer period than if we have obtained your details in connection with a prospective relationship.
