COVID-19 Update

We would like to assure you that OIS is continuing to monitor developments regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation closely. We are taking steps to minimise the potential spread of the virus and its impact on the business, our customers, employees and their families.


We recognise that patients will continue to require treatment, and we are working hard to ensure minimal disruption to our business operations, in order that we can continue to serve our customers' needs and the needs of their patients. As part of our continuity plan, we will be taking the following actions:

  • Maintaining our customer service operations and ensuring our communication lines are open

  • Monitoring guidelines from local and global authorities concerning recommended and required measures

  • Protecting the well-being of our employees

  • Reviewing hygiene and cleaning procedures in line with best practice

  • Offering online web demonstrations and installation support

As the situation is changing every day, we are following the government guidelines as they are released.
