5th November 2019
Organised by IPEM's Radiotherapy Special Interest Group
MR imaging has been available and used in the radiotherapy pathway for many years but routine use has not been widespread. With the introduction of hybrid MR-therapy equipment and MR-only planning now possible MR in the radiotherapy pathway is on the verge of widespread use. MR in radiotherapy is becoming one of the most exciting developmental areas in our field and this meeting will bring together experts, researchers and experienced users help move this exciting area on to increase application in the clinical pathway. Abstracts are invited from those with clinical or research experience in related topics but particularly MR-only planning, treatment planning for hybrid machine therapy, dosimetry on hybrid machines, planning and installation of MR equipment for the radiotherapy pathway
